Your Control:
You can enable or disable the "Make Model Better for Everyone" option at any time in your Settings.
- Disabled by default: This feature is OFF unless you explicitly turn it on
- Instant effect: Changes take effect immediately
- No retroactive training: If you disable it, previously collected data won't be used for future model training
7. Data Sharing with Third Parties
AI Provider Processing
To generate responses, your conversation text is processed through enterprise-grade AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar):
- We use enterprise API agreements that prohibit these providers from using your data to train their public models
- Your data is processed in real-time and not retained by the AI provider for training purposes
- All transmission is encrypted end-to-end
No Marketing or Selling

Deletion Timeline
Upon receiving a deletion request:
- Account Deletion: Your account will be deactivated immediately
- Data Removal: All personal data and conversations will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of the deletion request or account deletion
- Backup Removal: Data will be removed from encrypted backups during the next backup cycle
- Anonymized Analytics: Only fully anonymized, aggregated data (which cannot be linked back to you) may be retained for analytics purposes
